Colleen O’Hara is the Founder and Managing Director of OSG, established in April 2021. With more than 25 years of recruitment experience, she specializes in talent acquisition for the engineering, manufacturing, and construction sectors. Colleen is recognized for designing and delivering high‑performing recruitment strategies that support complex technical hiring and long‑term organizational growth.

Her expertise was built through senior roles with leading EPC/EPCM and A/E/C organizations, as well as one of Canada’s largest food manufacturing and food service companies. This broad industry exposure enables her to deeply understand the operational, technical, and leadership requirements unique to each client.
